Jan Buencamino was a virtual assistant that my company hired to post our properties for sale online. We hired him to be a full time VA and paid him to work 35 hours per week. But Jan was only available between 8:00am and 11:00am and he would bill me for the 35-hour week. ($640) per month. But we paid him the one month without any deduction. We also had lengthy skype conversation about his lack of performance and that he has a good opportunity to grow with us. Buy the 5 week he would check in at 8:00am and then no more communication from him until the next day when he would check in at 8:0am again. By the middle of the 5^th week we decided to let him go. But he would still check in at 8;00 am for the next 3 weeks and invoice us every week one week for $160, the next week for $120 and the final week $80. We stopped all communication with Jan Buencamino from OnlineJobs.ph. Now he leaves me threatening voice mail and mentioning my mother and wife (as you can see by him post a picture of me and my wife), and online reports for money that he did not earn and feels entitled. He beardly worked for us even from the beginning. So believe what you want and go ahead and hire him and find out for yourself if what I am saying is true. BUT BEWEAR YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY ME TO STAY AWAY FROM JAN BUENCAMINO. HE IS NOT HONEST MAN.

He was to work for us exclusively and when asked if he was working for another company he repeatedly said no. But we later found out he was working for many other companies as a freelancer and part-time while he was working for us and that’s why he was not available when we would call him.
