If you are looking to open a franchise with Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems change your mind. They do not respect you as a business owner at ALL. You will buy cleaning accounts from these people and they will take them from you as soon as a complaint is made from the client. Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems of Hampton Roads will not only become your competitor along with the those already in the industry but they will CHARGE you for EVERY COMPLAINT. You will buy an account from them that's 4 times the monthly growth (which is normal depending on Franchise Plan) and when you want to sell it back it's only worth 1 times the amount.
There will be NO way for you to make money or pay people descently because the accounts are bidded extremely low. Jan-Pro Cleaning systems of Hampton Roads is a scam they will honestly recycle accounts on you that you've purchase; they're in no way in the business of helping you succeed! You will just be one of their many franchise owners who have been around probably before the new Management was in office. I strongly recommend that you be VERY sure about purchasing a franchise from Jan-Pro Cleaning systems. Last but not least, your Operations manager also has her own Franchise agreement so when you account is lost you can almost be sure as to whom it will be going to. Good Luck!

My name is Manuela Charles i am a franchise owner with Jan-Pro and i did not create this post ,and do not agree with its content.The person who posted this listed themselves as '' anonymouse'' and then added my name to the title of the post.My fear is that my current or future clients may search my name and have this post come up.I am not dissatisfied with Jan-Pro and as a business owner,i work hard to make sure my clients are happy with my service.The regional office has always treated me fairly.If anyone like to hear the truth about working with Jan-Pro ( rather than the bunk posted above),you are welcome to contact me directly through the regional office.The person who posted this ia a cowerd for not using their own name

As a consumer I can go onto any website and make a negative comment about any company, however, also as a consumer, if someone makes a negative comment, I want to see evidence. Do you have examples of lost business? How many accounts have you had taken away from you? Did you sign paperwork saying that if you did not keep up a certain standard they could remove you from this client?
As far as cost, do you have the ability to get your own clients and give them a price? What is the price based on, sq footage, how long it takes? If you are a business owner, what are you doing to make sure they do not have a legal stand point to take the client?
Are you still with the company? If it is this bad, why not go somewhere else or start your own by yourself?
Is there something saying that the Operations person can't have a franchise? Do you have proof anything you have lost has gone to this person? A complaint is easy to make, you should add examples.
