Be smart and don't invested in this cleaning franchise company especially Jan-Pro of Chattanooga. I am a victim of there unethically business practices. They get you to invest your money. They make it easy by letting you make payments. But they set you up and pulling accounts out from under you, by reselling them to other franchise members or new victims).
I lost a lot amount of money and wasted a lot of time with this company and I had to get a Lawyer. Needless to say I only got back about a quarter of my total investment. Contract lawyers are very expensive and unless you have great evidence of how they rip you off the chances are you will not get any money back. They have quite a big racket going on all over the country. I now have my own business and I've learned a hard lesson.
My only hope is that I can spare others from going through what I had to put up with Jan-Pro of Chattanooga. They tell you a lot of lies to get you to sign up. They actually have videos that they share with you to make you believe you will make 200,000 a year. This is all misleading. I know of other ex-franchises from other Jan-Pro locations that were also ripped off by Jan-Pro. I am positive there are many more but they try to keep you away from the other franchises so you can't find out about their underhanded ways. Be smart get out and do your own marketing get your own cleaning accounts. And any one living in Chattanooga, Tenn or nearby counties, please beware of this company – Jan Pro Cleaning Systems of Chattanooga. You will never make any money.

Me and so many people from around the country have joined a Class Action Lawsuit against Jan-Pro Cleaning Systems. We are tired of being Ripped Off. We are tired of getting underbid accounts that pay less than minimum wage. We are tired of them not fulfilling their obligations. We are tired of the Deceit, Fraud and Misrepresentations by Jan-Pro.
