I was sub contracted by him for some renderings. After completion of the work I was payed nothing! Luckably I figured him out pretty quickly and only lost $500 worth of my time. Aside from the fact that the man has a joke of a business out of his bedroom, he has no idea what he is doing. He claims to be an architect, yet he doesn't know how to use a comuputer. For get about AutoCAD and Revit, the man doesn't even know how to look up a file on his computer. He loves to hear himself talk as if he were Frank Lloyd Wright. He gets younger more educated and talented people to do all the work for him and then doesn't pay them anything. It is a revolving door. He gets frustrated over his inablity to send a simple email. Beware of this guy. You get should somebody a little more with it to run you building projects!

If a misplaced email and dropped calls can create and did provoke such outrage... god help us as we move forward in this syber age.
This gentlemans work was locked in a un opened email, it was found 4 days ago. this is what i found.
A single rendering in very early stages of completion, not much differant from what i gave him.
When he can present an acceptable, proffesional, printable rendering to me, his check will be ready to pick up.
Or he can give it to his freind Juan who has worked for me recently and has been paid in full, so he can complete his work.

I was subcontracted by this individual and not payed for my work either. Every sentence in this report is true the "Man" is shady and dosn't have any clue what hi is doing. How many more hard working individuals this man used for his "imaginary projects".?? I end up suing this individual for unpaid invoice and damages. Beware of this guy!!!
