watch out for this apartment complex, in clinton tennessee. the rent is based on income, but the office manager is a joke, she is never there, always leaving early, before the day is over. if you complain to her janel turner, she has a excuse when the problem will be resolved, it could be weeks but is usually months, go over her head and she finds a way to evict you, she is one of those, only there for the money, not the job.

she has no care for no one in the complex, i have three kids and she put us on the streets, because i went to the main company to have a problem resolved, she would do nothing about, pissed her lazy rear off, i hope more tenants complain on her, and they find her a less demanding position, she's not cut out for this career.
