Janet Mohr, CCIM, CLHMS, Associate Broker, Realty Executives I was the tenant of Janet. For over a year she repeatedly neglected to fix problems within her property, even when I sent out notices. She is a liar and a thief and I would not recommend anyone doing business in any fashion with her. Her attitude is very cold and she seems to think she is better than everyone who is surrounding her. She will not call or answer calls instead she likes to text. Cave Creek Arizona

Janet is a liar, cheat, and will threaten anyone to get her way. I suggest anyone looking at her properties she has up for sale or lease; once you have done so I you will notice as well as I she has more for sale or lease compared to what she sells.
I was forced to move out of my rental property because Janet would not fix the AC for 5-7 days (per landlord tenant act this is illegal and I had full jurisdiction to do what I did. Among the AC our back arcadia door did not work for over 6 months, which she was very aware of. When her handyman came is said he had to order a part and we never heard from them again???
Since I rented from her she had a various handymen and believe they all could not find one nice thing to say about her..... Hence why the turnover rate was so high.
I would not reccomend anyone buying or renting from this women because all she cares about it getting her rent check at the end of the month. I left the house in beautiful condition: green grass, clean pool, clean house, etc. and do you think she is doing anything to maintain them? No, she just put up another for rent sign to rip people off. The grass looks like crap and I am sure she will try to up the rent to the next people who moved in. I was paying $2,100 a month but had to maintain the lawn and the pool, so what does that tell you about customer service?
Anytime I had a problem with her she just threw how long she had been doing this in my face and that I was "a nobody to her" that made me feel really appreciated. I took better care of that home than anyone ever will; house keeping twice a week, landscaper once a week so you do the math here. It is a very simple solution Janet Mohr is a crook and if you get involved with her in a business manner you must be desperate or nieve.
I appreciate you time to vent but in this economy all realestate people are suffering terribly so they decide to take it all out on thier tenants.

I recently had two men move out of one of my rentals 8 months prior to the end of their tenancy. I was awarded a judgement of over $3000 against them on June 25, 2009. Neither one of their names was Matthew, however, this story fits what they told the judge. The judge obviously didn't buy their story either. Their company appears in Ripoff Reports for collecting money for magazine subscriptions that never materialized. To their current landlord, heads up, their dogs do a lot of destruction! Good luck to you when they move out! My arcadia doors were completely scratched up! Baseboard was missing and chewed, there were hundreds of nail holes thruout the house. The grass was dead, I could go on....it was a mess!
