Janet E. Totter holds herself out as the managing attorney for TLSC.org.
This organization is setup to provide legal services to the Texas Military.
A minor child has been spotted by many neigbors in Killeen Texas on Twilight drive, unsupervised and allowed to play in the street.
A complaint has been made to Child Protective Services.
Janet Totter has claimed in Court that the victims father is suffering from PTSD.
She has represented that the Child is safe, yet she does nothing to protect the child from an ongoing documented pattern of child abuse.
Janet Totter is set to be in Court on a motion for sanctions on May 31st 2013 in cause no 258124 in the 169th Judicial District.
Hopefully the Judge will see that she is contributing to the problem.
Janet Totter is a terrible Attorney, and the State Bar of Texas needs to look into her conduct.
Witnesses include:
Frank Freeman, Tony Germain, Debreah Chism of the Killeen Police Department, Annette & Shawn Richeson and few others on Twilight Drive that wish to remain nameless.
Mick Engnehl and his mother and Father instead chose to do property damage to their neighbors and not confront the child abuse problem.

Has anyone ever heard the term "Discovery Abuse"?
INTERROGATORY #2 (QUESTION)
"Please describe the make and model of the laser used by the
Defendant on August 2nd 2012 and the current location of said laser?"
(ANSWER) - Janet Totter claims the question is to vague.
Background:
Her client, Mick F. Engnehl utilized a gun with a laser attached to it, and fired it into the window of the Plaintiff auther of this report) on August 2nd 2013.
The Killeen Police Department concluded it was not a violation of the law unless he did it to a Police Officer.
Mick Engnehl was a victim of the Hasan shooting on Fort Hood.

In October last year she was in her backyard with (2) rottweillers and a pitbull while her son Brendon was jumping on a trampoline. Brendon took a belt and slapped one of the rottweillers in the head and the rottweiller lunged at the little boy. She watched and cheered him on. CPS needs to look into this matter and give her and Mick Engnehl some classes. This kid is going to get seriously hurt if the CPS keeps screwing around.

This is not a legitimant law firm, this is a bunch of washed up lawyers that could not cut it in the real world. Never bring your business here unless you do not care about the results. As far as the Texas Child Protective Service, they are underfunded and overworked. The case load is so steep that your original complaint is not even given consideration. Keep filing complaints and get more witnesses to the child endangerment and they will eventually take action.
