Jani-King - Enmon Enterprises Fraudulent Business Practices Ponchatoula Louisiana

I bought a Jani-King franchise in Montgomery, Alabama. It was only a couple of months before I began to notice that the franchise was not going to work. They took 22.35% off the top of the contracts. This only left me a small portion of money to work with to pay my employees and cover the cost of chemicals. When I spoke with the district manager and the owner's son, I was told not to honor all the hours that had been included in the contract. I was informed that that was the only way I could clear about 10% of the monthly billing amount.

It got worse when I was given a huge contract for a school. I had to do all the floorwork up front for the school. I had to borrow money to cover the account for three months. It took 15-20 employees over 5 hours a day to clean the school and that did not cover the floor work. I did about $30,000 in floorwork that I was never paid for and completed the work for three months and was only covered for about two months worth. A new district manager was hired during this time. He said that it was the most grossly underbid account that he had ever seen. Jani-King left me with the bill and said that it was the cost of doing business.

I have lost my home and have struggled to feed my family. I am currently paying on $100,000 of borrowed money that my family put land and cattle against for me to borrow. I am ruined for the rest of my life, not to mention the strain that it has placed on my marriage.
