Janian and Associates refused to refund my money until I was given access to emails between employess discussing my case.  After forwarding them to everyone involved, a very prompt phone call telling me I was getting a refund asap followed.  Needless to say, no check has ever been received.

I got taken for $2800 in March 2010.  It was illegal after Oct 2009 to accept money upfront for a load mod.  This info comes from my investigator at the State Bar office in Los Angeles.

I urge you to contact the State Bar office in Los Angeles.  I is only a one page form.  They have many complaints.  Add yours.  It can only further prove what liars and disgusting, greedy people they are.  They deliver nothing and keep your hard earned thousands.  It's unfair and they need to be dealt with.
