I'm borrowing my statement from Diane in Huntington Beach, CA.The exact same thing happened to me, EXCEPT my credit cards was charged.

I purchased a WII system from this vendor after finding them through Bizrate. I received an e-mail in which I was informed that my payment had been received and that was it. Nothing ever happened. I made the purchase on October 29th and finally gave up trying to make contact on Nov. 19th, 2007.

My credit card WAS charged on Nov. 4, 2007. However, the product has not been received. On November 19, 2007, I filed a complaint with the BBB.
BBB Case #11000896 - Super Mega Mall Onc. She has approximately fifteen (15) business days to submit a response to my complaint. Still no word from Ms. Teston as of November 25, 2007.

I have since cancelled my credit card account to insure no further charges will be placed on this account by this scammer. Companies that do this hold on to the info and when you least expect it (weeks or many months later) they charge up a storm. If you are also a victim of this woman or any other scammer, even if the charge never went through, don't let your guard down; better yet, just cancel that account and get a new account number.
