Janpro southeast division is ran by a man named Arnold. He is new to the office. He does not know how to conduct business and not to mention the only reason why he is in the position is because the previous guy that was running the company had been stealing from the company.
Janpro states in the contract that they will pay you a certain amount but when you get your check it is not what your agreed amount is. Janpro took over 80% of the pay and then I was left with no money to pay the workers it was less than minimum wage. For example Janpro contract says they only take 21%. Janpro had given me three contracts, the contracts total 1700.00 but after Janpro came up with so many fees the take home pay was 420.00. I felt so bad for my customers and my employees. Due to Janpro not abiding by the contract I had to leave the company.
I would not recommend anyone to go to Janpro. There are so many internal complaints and so many fake promises. They do not acknowledge their contracts.

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds
I was a victim of JanPro in Augusta Georgia

I totally agree with Meme the person who wrote the original content. Janpro is a modern day slavery. Janpro do use verbage that allows them to abuse the franchisee owners. Janpro underbids the contracts. Janpro also takes accounts from existing franchise companies and give them to new franchise owners so that they can fulfill their obligations to the new company. These in turn causes the company that had the account originally to not have a contract. Janpro franchisee is like the middleman. The company middleman manages the accounts so franchisee owners actually pay into Janpro just to be a manager of their own business.
Janpro is not the way to go if you are entering the cleaning/janitorial business. I noticed the comment that was made by Janpro of Augusta/Evans office of the payroll is never complained about. Well unfortunately this is a lie. The franchisee always complain about what they are paid once they receive their checks because they cannot pay their employees. The bigger contracts are given to the people that are actually in the office. And to a gentlemen by the name of Howard. Janpro has many complaints about the practice of slavery. Janpro also have a class action lawsuit that is pending.
Unfortunately, the previous account holders that worked for Janpro in the Augusta/Evans area don't bother with getting together to actually alert the public of the Janpro truth.
Yes Janpro is listed in many positive settings but so are cigarette commercials until you get to the truth. I have always been one that will dive into business ventures, however, Janpro cost me several dollars and I actually end up with less money then I started. I am not bitter about the situation, I have learned however to take into consideration the negative comments made about any business that I go into. Janpro was a very bad business choice for me and several other franchise owners, I thank God I did not invest my whole savings into this company.

Arnold, the operator referred to in this write-up, is not longer with the company. Jay and Erika, the current operators have had no complaints of this type, or any problems with payroll in general. The Better Business Bureau has provided the Southeast Georgia office with an A+ rating.

rip off is not the word

For the readers thinking about investing with janpro dont do it. Janpro has other complaints listed under Jan Pro it is separated look at the other complaints against this company. The crooks that work in the office is Nelly, Fat Boy, Arnold, aand his ignorant wife.
Fat boy will lie and tell you that the company is not on ripoff like he did me but when he put the spelling in the database he did not separate the words so of course there was nothing there. I am the first to put something here under janpro. But, there are other complaints listed and there are several. Pls make sure to spell it correctly so you can pull up all the information about Janpro.
Janpro said I would make so much money but they took more than 18% I had nothing to pay my help. And on top of that we were working for less than minimum wage. Not only to mention the contracts that were given to me was taken from another account holder like myself. And, he was still making payments on the account and so was I because it was a new account for me. They also take accounts from you for no reason so they can resale your account.
If you want cleaning contracts it is best to get them on your own. And Angela and Arnold what ugly family you have. How about keeping them at home I thought it was against the law to bring children to work.
