A frriend recommended the ELKA Stage 3 Shocks for my Can Am Outlander Max 850 to improve the suspension.  I did some research and found the closest authorized ELKA dealer, Janssen Motorsports in Kaukauna, WI.  I spoke with the owner, Joel Janssen and decided to order the ELKA Stage 3 Shocks through Janssen Motorsports.  Joel said that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive to their location.

I placed the order through their PayPal Account Feb 16, 2018.

Mid March, I called their shop to check on the status of my order.  No one would answer the phone.  So, I left messages.  No one would return the phone call.  I had Joel's cell phone number and would leave messages with the same results, no return calls.  When I finally reached Joel Janssen, his response was that he would call the factory and get back to me.  ANd, he never would get back to me with the updates.  This went on for some time.

The week of April 23, 2018, Joel said the ELKA Shocks are in transit and should arrive the week of April 30th.  In May, all was the same again.  No one would answer the business phone, nor the cell phone, and no responses to the messages.  I got a hold of Joel Janssen June 4th or 5th; he said he would have them in 10-Days.  Again, nothing was to be heard from Janssen Motorsports afterwards.  On June 19th, I left sevral messages on the business phone and Joel's cell phone.  I then decided to drive to the shop, this would of been my second to reslove the issue.  While driving to Janssen Motorsports, Joel called me.  I told on I was on my way.  I want my $1,260 returned to me.  He said he would gladly do this.  But, it would have to be done through PayPal, charged back to my Credit Card.  Joel went on to say he will get me the shocks and that he wouldn't screw my over.

I turned arounded and headed home.  When I returned, I immediately started a Non-Receipt Claim with PayPal.  PayPal took the $1,260 from Janssen Motorsports account.  And then I was getting prompt phone calls and texts from Joel Janssen.  The PayPal Account is his Son's account.  Joel was asking me to stop the claim and release the funds.  My claim was escalated in the dispute process.  Janssen Motorsports has not replied to PayPal's request for information by the July 1st Deadline.

Thankfully all was done through PayPal and my money should be returned soon.
