This company that just rebuttaled the original fraudulant claim failed to mention that they completely ignored all correspondences of mine and never offered any explanation....  The company I used to help me trade with this broker is trendtradefx.com.   It was a legitimate binary option signal provider company that I was not aware was using illegal hacking procedures to access the broker.  If their excuse was true, then why did they honor a previous withdrawal of mine of a my partial balance, when using the same company at that time?    In addition, their confirmation to me claimed that they had honored the full amount of my withdrawal worth over $5000.  It said so that they had paid it back to my credit card, but they never did... Only then did I get a small partial refund in the amount that equated to my original deposit.  They they went off the grid and refused to communicate with me at all!  Deceitful practices?  I think so.  

Their reasoning doesn't make sense.  The truth is they look for any excuse in the book to avoid having to pay out, and they will for you too!  Look at the other fraudulent claims building up on this website.  I'm now not the only one; they're building a negative reputation.  Bottom line, you can't trust this binary options broker.  Stay away!

The author of this report was using a third party unapproved company to win trades. We refunded his deposit, but refuse to pay on his supposed winnings. We discovered this through deligent IP tracing that he was using a foreign company to basically hack into our system.
