Janvier Jewelers ripoff BEWARE OF JANVIER JEWELERS AT THE CHRISTIANA MALL IN DELAWARE Newark Delaware

Today I had a bad experience with JANVIER JEWELERS AT THE CHRISTIANA MALL in Delaware and I wanted to share it with you.

A couple of weeks ago my partner Hector and I went to St. Martin and purchased a fantastic solid white gold bracelet with 6 diamonds in a sliding channel setting. We had to get is sized so we brought it to JANVIER JEWELERS AT THE CHRISTIANA MALL. They told us it would be about a week and it would cost $70.00 (a bit much, but we paid a nice sum for the bracelet and wanted it sized correctly).

Two and one half weeks later, they didn't call us, so we stopped by the store and it wasn't done, no explanation, We didn't get to it! Upon examination the NEW, NEVER WORN DIAMOND BRACELET, had considerable scratches, and it supposedly was never worked on. When we presented it to them, the attitude changed, I don't know how that happened, just leave it here we'll buff it, BUT YOUR JUST GONNA SCRATCH IT AGAIN ANYWAY! He said. What is it made of anyway? he sarcastically added, I responded 14kt gold and he asked a salesman to verify it and then just shrugged.

I told him I wasn't happy with this service and wanted to speak to a manager and he presented himself as one and started arguing with us. I told him it seemed like someone had worn it (and it did!) and he just said We don't do that here, just leave it and we'll buff it. I told him, Why would I want to leave it here after all of this he said I don't want customers like you anyway! Flabbergasted, I told him that I would tell others about my experience and he saidI don't care if you tell 300 people!

So here it is folks-

JANVIER JEWELERS AT THE CHRISTIANA MALL, in my opinion and in this particular case:

Did not provide timely service
Charges a lot for the services (that they did not provide anyway)
Was very rude with us
And in my opinion DOES NOT DESERVE MY BUSINESS OR YOURS!
I wonder why Hector and I were treated that way? I'll let you speculate

I ASK THAT YOU PASS THIS EMAIL TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY SO I CAN TELL 300 PEOPLE AND SEE IF JANVIER JEWELERS AT THE CHRISTINA MALL REALLY CARES!
