You may not know this, but each of those debt management companies have contracts with various creditors, but not all creditors.  It's possible that Consolidated Credit Couseling Services, your DMP, may not have a contract with Jared at all. The only way to know is to compare your list of creditors with the list of creditors that CCC works with for debt reduction. If a creditor is left off, you would then need to negotiate separately with that vendor. Some debt management companies are very reluctant to release the creditors with which they have contracts.  I hope you can get accurate info from Consolidated Credit. Good luck.
