He came and gave estimate to do the plumbing job his bid was  $16,800 he asked for 50% down which i stupedly gave it to him  $8,400

he started the job  and start showing up cuple hours a day then he stopped showing up ..i asked him why no one show up to do the job he alway gave  excuses

then after i waiited for   him for weeks hopping he can finish the job he stopped  response to call or texts , just once he responsed stating that he has no man power to do the job

i asked him to return the money and he offered me 4000 out of 8400 , but even this 4000 he never retrun ..he simply went to the drak ..disappeared with the money ..what a discrave this guy to this business
