Ok I finally have made the time to respond to this report made by this woman, Summer who was photographed by me. 

1. Summer knew she was going to be photographed at my home studio because I told her this on the phone weeks before the shoot. When she showed up for the shoot she obviously could see it was a home studio.
 Summer could not afford my normal rate however, she wanted me to photograph her because she loved my work so much.  So I did her a favor and said whatever you can afford I will photograph you but that will not include a disc of high res images.  We agreed on a price of $650 and she fully understood that she would not be getting hi res images. 

2. The picture quality was perfect.  Summer also reviewed every large  photo on my computer and stated she was very happy with the photos.

3. There was a make up artist at the shoot on both days.

4. I asked Summer to come back to shoot again because I really liked her look, not because the photos the day before were of poor quality and wanted to shoot more for her at no charge.

5. I shot lingerie photos of her and she decided to get nude because she wanted nude photos.  She brought her own alcohol and proceeded to get very inebriated.

6.I did not get naked, I did not m********e, I did not try to harm her. 

7. A police report was never filed.  She paid through paypal.  She called her credit card company to dispute the charge of $650.  She lost her case and they gave me back my $650.
