BEWARE- Jason Cox is an UNETHICAL and CORRUPT Real Estate agent that will conspire to steal your property as well as STEAL the entire personal belongings/property from your home. Jason Cox is a coward that does not have the COURAGE & INTEGRITY to contact you back once notified of a complaint that was caused by his company. Such as an entire 1900 sq.ft.home includings a full garage of personal belongings REMOVED!!! The entire staff at this Real Estate Company is trained to lie, cheat and steal to potential buyers and consumers.

They screen and do not return important phone calls upon request. What kind of business is this?!?!? Their staff such as Shana (receptionist) and Fran ( office manager) are screening customers at entrance by video surveillance and intercom. JASON M. COX AND HIS STAFF discriminate and detain customers from entering the Real Estate Company premises. They UNETHICALLY are treating and conducting business in the alley way of their entrance IN GRAHAM, N.C. Jason Cox-owner/broker-in charge of EAST COAST PROPERTIES/REO IS AN UNETHICAL & DISHONEST Real Estate Company that should not be allowed to have and hold a NC Broker RE License and a business license.

Please STAY AWAY.....but if you unfortunately have /are a victim off these crooks. Please help others citizens by reporting them to Attorney General and NC Real Estate Commission. We all have Constitutional Rights that need to be imposed upon fraudulent and injustice companies, such as-EAST COAST REO/PROPERTIES. It DOES NOT matter if the reason is a fraudulent foreclosure, eviction or purchase. JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!!

The truth about evictions and who is involved

To the author:

I viewed the video - And I'm not seeing where a claim of discrimination applies. Also, please note that in a foreclosure action, the parties are the lender and the borrower. If a foreclosure is in fact fraudulent, there are legal processes in place to pursue that claim, against the lender.  The real estate agent is not a party to the foreclosure.

Regarding evictions, once again this is a legal action filed by the lender who is now the recorded owner of the property, to legally remove the occupant.  This eviciton is served by the local sheriff dept, The real estate agent is not a party to this action.

In both of the above actions, the issue or complaint regarding this would be with your lender, not the real estate agent.  The real estate agent is solely responsible for the eventual listing and sale of the property, on behalf of the lender as the new owner.

I noticed in your rebuttal it was virtually moments after the original complainants response.

Also that you posted a separate posting under the heading of TRIAD REO SERVICES at same timeframe.

The timing of your post, along with the language, writing style of this posting being virtually identical to the original complaintants posting here, suggesting you are either in fact the same person, or a related party to the complainant.

WOW! This sounds familiar

Wow. This sounds very familiar to what happened to me with East Coast Properties. They seem to be a very shady company. They do not seems to care about the families that they are hurting. I too got my personal belongings stolen from East Coast Reo. The Jason guy would not have an intercom or a surveillance camera at his business entrance if he was not shady. I was told by a police friend that this guy is a crook.
He moved from Burlington to downtown Graham and both of his offices have intercom and surveillance at entrance. They never answer their phone either or can give you an accurate answer. If companies like this allowed to do biz like this, then by god I should be able to do whatever i want too. They have a license to steal- almost like Attorney's!

EAST COAST REO/PROPERTIES/REAL ESTATE COMPANY is still UNETHICAL! They do discriminate against other nationalities and proof is on video!!! The link provided has NOTHING to do with this REO Co. as you can read!!! Companies as such should be barred from conducting business in North Carolina and taking advantage of Citizens of Alamance County and any other state they have REAL ESTATE dealings! They should treat each and every customer with respect and should not be allowed to be discriminated against.
