My name is Jason Cranford and I own and operate the Flowering Hope Foundation, Rifle. Mountain, LLC and Biotech Inc. Several months ago I met an investor with a Wall Street background. He wanted to invest in one of my companies. When I showed him what I had going on he refused to invest or donate money to my 501c3 non profit the Flowering Hope Foundation. He could not believe I was giving thousands of dollars worth of free CBD to children with life threatening diseases. He told me I was going to go broke and it was a failing business model. Instead he chose to offer investment money  for my for profit operation. I was about two yesrs of developmental work in to a brand of cannabis cigarettes called "Cranfords Cannabis Cigarettes". I own the trademarks personally as my name is on the package. About three months into the launch of the business we started noticing money coming up missing from the corporate account by the thousands. There were transactions for thousands of dollars at a "restaraunt" in Denver and over $10,000 in equipment purchases that the other board members were not aware of. After some research it was determined that this partner was using corporate money to wine and dine in a strip club in Denver. I immediately called a board meeting and demanded to know where the $12,000 worth of equipment that was ordered on the company credit card was and who authirized the transaction. When I did this, the guilty partner went to Wells Fargo and froze the bank account. Shortly after this the investor started calling contacts of mine in the industry trying to market the stolen equipment to them on side deals saying that he was taking over the company with a hostile takeover and the clients who were my contacts were to order directly from him in the future. We have a third partner in the company and this Wall Street Investor Started trying to dilute and acquire his shares with threats of a frivolous lawsuits. He told my partner that he was not selling enough packs and did not deserve to own shares in the company even though he set up all of the original sales accounts. This did not go over well with the third partner. They started fighting through text messages and emails I was copied on. I stayed out of it for a while hoping they would reconcile so we could move forward. The Wall Street investor refused to negotiate or compromise. A few thousand dollars worth of sales rolled in during the fighting while the bank account was frozen. I tried to make the deposits but the account was frozen at the request of Wall Street guy. At this point Wall Street guy closes the account and drains all of the money out to his personal bank account. The money belonged to the company and was supposed to be distributed to the members. This really got under my skin so I joined the fight and defended the third partner from Wall Street guy. When I did this and refused to sign paperwork that would have initiated a share revocation for the third partner, the Wall Street guy turned on me and started attacking me. He demanded that I resign from my own company and transfer all of my shares to him. This would require giving up control of my own company "Cranfords, LLC" and the brand name "Cranfords" which is my family name. I explained to him that I would fight for my name and I was intending on filing a lawsuit on him for embezzlement of company funds. I filed the suit and we are scheduled to go to court and litigate this matter. I refuse to give up my name and product to this minority share holding investor. In retaliation, this Wall Street investor has gone around slandering me and trying to interfere with my other non profit which helps children receive CBD oil donated at little to no cost. I have sent a cease and desist letter to the Wall Street guy through my attorney and am scheduled to litigate this in court. This coward will not even admit that he wrote this report on ripoff.com. He denied it to my attorney. i noticed this complaint does not reveal the identity of the author which is another cowardly move. I am right here on this page now. Where are you Wall Street guy?? You told me your going to ruin me and my reputation but you are going to have to try harder than this frivolous, unmerited complaint on an anonymous website. I have helped 100's of families and saved dozens of children's lives. What have you done besides steal people's hard earned money on Wall Street and attempted to take my own name away from me. While you are living in your Long Island mansion and your Denver high rise, I am in the trenches, the summer heat and the dirt of farming CBD plants to save lives with. I owed you $5,000 when you froze the bank account. Now I am going to give your money away to the families that need and deserve it. Anyone who mentions this report to me will receive free CBD oil. We believed so highly in Jason Cranford when we first met him. We as well as a few other people have a lawsuit against Jason Cranford and Rifle Mountain Dispensary ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)). ((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration)).

For all of the parents of these great children, I am so sorry you have to find out what kind of person he is through RipOff report but this is something that you need to know!
