Worked with Jason Flowers representing Go RV Warranty beginning in August 2011 and with our purchase of their Elite Warranty produce covering our 2010 Allegro Bus in October 2011.  All correspondence was handled over the internet. I investigated their product to include checking out American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida's rating and calling one of the individuals they provided for reference checking.   In October 2011 I provided them with our Master Card numbers to complete the purchase of an extended warranty policy for the cost of $2,943.00.

In October 2012, I received an unsigned form letter from CSI RV, Administativie Offices, 400 Metro Place N, Suite 300, Dublin, Ohio informing me that after careful review of my vehicle service contract application, they were informing me that my application could not be accepted.  No where in the letter did it address that they were not processing the application due to non payment of the premium.  As it was unsigned and did not include a phone number, on 11-2-12 I called the number I had for Jason Flowers (1-877-848-8287) and spoke with an individual by the name of Chuck Thomas.   He told me this unsigned letter did not come from "Go RV Network Inc." and they had turned a copy of it over to their legal department in an effort to find out who sent it.  During our conversation, he assured me our policy was NOT cancelled.

Assumed this was true until today when Dixie RV called Dimension Services for payment approval on a claim only to be told that our policy along with numerous other individuals who paid for coverage did NOT have the product purchased.

These individuals appear to have operated a scam on unsuspecting purchases.  In looking back at our correspondence, I see a form I was asked to sign and return to Go RV Network in October 2011 which included the following confusing statement:

"For claims, transfers, refunds and all other warranty issues, please contact the warranty administatror listed on the Vehicile Service Contract.  GoRVing is not affilated with Go RV Network , or any other RV Industry product, service, or business."

I was emailing Jason at GORVWarranting.com but the Seller Information designation on the Service Contract Application was listed as Go RV Network and both entities had 1-877-848-8287 as their contact number which in retrospect should have raised questions on my part.
