My Providian Bank credit account has been sold to Jason Head, PLC located in Virgina Beach, VA. This account is 8 to 9 years old. The balance owed has been jacked up. I get 3 to 4 phone calls a day begining before 8AM lasting after PM. Even on weekends. I don't answer the phone because the man on the other end sounds like the Devil himself. He scares me.

I'm told I owe almost $7000.00 and they demand payment in full at once. First of all I don't have $700.00 let along $7000.00. I live on a small retirement and already have to strech every penny. HELP! HELP!
