Jason Head PLC Rude and Ignorant employees at Jason Head Virginia Beach Virginia

A very rude and ignorant woman called from Jason Head, threatening my 72 year old mother who is in the hospital, so they talked to me threatening me and screaming. I hung up on her four times and she kept calling back. Every time I answered "hello" she would act nice and then start screaming. She is very ignorant about the law in Colorado. She called seven times in one day, the law states collection agencies call once. She really went across the legal line. She also said that she was going to get me and my mom. I have called the Attorney General, the federal trade commission and also called the media. Someone needs to stop this law firm. There is a letter from a person in Colorado who admitted that they lied to get people to sign up for the Barclays card. It was also known as Juniper. They are charging my mom $3700.00 when the credit limit was only $200.00. the other thing about this is that my mom has not gotten any bills from this company for the last 12 months. Why are they threatening the family of a 72 year old woman with dementia. They have gotten ahold of the wrong person, I am a criminal law student and I am willing to go after them.
