He was asked to post bond to maintain the case he could not afford $500.00. He was directed by the Judge to pay the bill and he could have his motorcycle and he refused.

He had his chance in court and could not prove his accusations.
If he spent $14000.00 in court he should have paid his bill and he would have his motorcycle.
