I received a collection call from with Lazarus. I asked for proof of debt, a collector named Jason Style, made up excuses about providing me the correct proof of debt owed stating he wasnt required to, but continously calls and harrases me about paying, yet wont provide proof of debt owed.
.......I sent my letter to dispute...he still consistently calls and conctacts me...he is rude, arrogant, screams, belittles you...yet i still keep telling him, he must provide me proof of debt, which he still has not. To my knowledge, this is not legal...
I wouldn't trust Lazarus Financial Group and there collector Jason...horrible....Im not sure he is collecting the way law allows.

Fyi, jason styles, is Tom Backal, owner of Lazarus.. Beth, is really Sheri McCann, owner..they have like 4 employees, and act like they are this huge office...they will say " let me get you to.that department" and the "drpartment" is whichever of the 4 employees is not on phone call. Its ridiculous. They lie, conceal money, pretty sure they have "double books", they promise employees bonuses for collections, and when you meet the quota, you "miraculously" misunderstood the nonus structure, because you never get one, ever.
Do not use them. Google Tom Backals name, in Plano, Tx...its astonishing he deceitful he is.
