Java Joz - Cuppy's And Elite Manufacturing BUYERS BEWARE!! Fort Walton Beach Florida

We signed an agreement with Elite Manufaturing and Java Joz (now Cuppies) in November of 05 to open a drive thru shop in Houma Louisiana. We were able to secure financing and had land lined up to place the building on. A year passed and we were not able to get the property we looking at because of problems with the land having a gass line running through it.

Long story short after a year of trying to find another location we finally called it quits. Property values were soaring way above a resonable cost. We wrote to Java Joz and called to receive our money back. A $30k deposit. We left numerous messages for Mor Morgan to call us, he was always in a meeting, out sick, out of town or whatever.

I finally reached a live person, Andrea, to request my money back and I was told, "Mrs Rivera, we are a corperation with bills to pay do you honestly think we have your money in a safe here?" I responded with, "I will get my money back I promise you." The response to that was, "Good luck with that". and she hung up on me. Now I am in Feb of 08 still fighting to get justice. I have been offer a settlement pool which I am very hesatent on signing because the contract protects them. They do not promise to pay the whole amount back nor does it promise a payment every quarter.

How does this help me or anyone else? It doesn't. Where is the justice for the people? I will not drop any complaints to cover up this company and it's dealings. People need to know this company is steeling money on the hopes and dreams of others.
