Javelin technical training center/ Medtech Scammed myself and mom into student loans didn't do as promised Atlanta Georgia

I approached javelin technical training center before it became medtech to receive training. When I heard the price I was told by the "financial advisor" that I may have a different amount based on my circumstances. She then asked me to sign paper needed to find out if my current situation approved me for a lower amount.Not once did she mention anything about a student loan. After a few more meetings she then told me that I got approved for a grant and a student loan she then stated she needed my mother or fathers signature. When I asked why she stated it was because I was too young to sign the paperwork without a witness if I were married or had a child I wouldn't need a witness. I then verified that it wasn't signing them up for a loan because I would not want that and could not go to the school if so. She answered no.

I began going there with the understanding that I had qualified for 2 loans in my name. Also they would pay for my certifications. It wasn't long before they started having students teaching classes also when they sent us out to do our "externship" it was a waste of time because they knew they were setting us up with companies that weren't hiring. Also in my time near graduation I was approached by a counselor and asked if they could send some people on externship to my job...I explained it had nothing to do with medical billing or coding when i was then told by my surprise that they didn't care and as long as the student would be busy that's all that mattered.

Right before I graduated they began teaching us in only 2 classrooms there were no teachers only students that taught us that started school at the same time as i did. They began moving everything to a new location that we weren't allowed to visit 

going now to when I graduated I was told i owed money for a certificate of completion then told they would not pay for my certifications. I was also advised that after my graduation date they would still allow me access to the facilities where I could practice for my certifications. 

when I found out the signed my mother up for a parent plus loan I was furious. I went into the campus calmly and was notified by the front desk I had an old javelin I'd and was not allowed to speak with anyone then when I asked for the financial advisor by name that set up my loans I was then notified she resigned moved out of state and couldnt contact them. The school is just signing students up for a bogus program to steal their student loans because I did not see a cent of that money,didn't receive the education I was promised ,didnt have the money for the "free" $200 certification due to me paying for my certificate of completion and student loans and now my mother and I are stuck with student loan debt!
