Javitch, Block And Rathbone Former Employee Cleveland Ohio

I am a former employee of Javitch, Block and Rathbone, I had just recently got my Associate Degree and I thought this was a perfect opportunity for me. I was wrong, the company was very racist, they promote anybody that is there friend. People who have Bachelors Degrees in Art, History, Dietary, or Education are the one's handling consumers account. They are constantly screwing up people's account because they do not have the legal background, they pay these people that are in charge up to 35-60 thousand a year. And the one's that are collectors or processing they get paid hourly. They are just getting told what to do. Their consumers need to be aware these people are just out to make money for the company so that they can have their lavish trips and the bonuses and the christmas parties. Most of the people on top are either cheating on their wives, partying, and getting paid. They do not care about the consumer. When I was a processor I explained to my manager that we must read all the notes to see if it is able to be sued. She told me not to read the notes just sue it and we will think about it later. They wanted us to process 80 suites per day, because what I found out it was part of their bonus, and the small employees such as the collectors or processors get fired if the money is not collected or files are not being sued in a timely fashion. This company needs to be stopped.
