Jay is an indecent, rude pig of a "businessman!"
All of his companies (and I have to say companies because he changes names to thwart criminal charges.) are run in a totally unethical manner. During my job interview I was asked to forge a signature on a mortgage application. I felt totally uncomfortable with it. He joked about it and said it happened all the time. I quit a good job of two years because I was promised a salary or 30+ thousand a year, with 10+ thousand in "probable" comissions. LIE! I worked there for a month and made $1,200. I was only given comissions on 1/10th of the files I was promised.
I was told to forge signatures, produce false record, lie, and run- up charges on the GFE (good faith estimate).
Everyday I was holding off calls from angry customers that he would never return. He ripped off endless customers and employees. He made false promises and lude statements to his female employees.
I ended up leaving because I was prgnant and he got mad that my work had to be restricted.
Please! Stay away from Jay, J, John Beckstrand!

After doing a Google search, you can find J Beckstrand coaching the Blake High School track and field team in Minneapolis. Don't know if he is still in the mtg biz because a lot of these fly by night lenders have gone belly up. However, nothing would make me happier than to see this weasel out of business. I know a lot of people that worked for him that got ripped off.
