Jay Construction KOLOAMATANGI, SIONE ITA RIPPED OFF! SCAM! Seatac Washington

Sione Ita Koloamatangi w/ Jay Construction ripped my family off. He did out neighbors driveway, knew we wanted work done. Came to our house, gave us a quote, BS'd how he would start that same week. Asked for $5,500 down to buy material, we verified with the company he was buying material from for the cost. He left his equiptment on our property for over 4 months, any time there was good weather he would make an excuse and was no where to be found. He finally came and got his equiptment and dipped out with our $5,500. We called him at least 100 times, phones disconnected.

I finally found him on Facebook and called him through messenger so he answered by accident I'm sure. I told him he had one more chance to come to the work otherwise we would be taking him to court. Well guess who never showed up? So he STOLE $5,500 from us and is no where to be found. He is 100% scam artist. We are filing in small claims tomorrow. Please beware of this scam artist!!!
