Jay-Kur Contracting Over priced for shoddy workmanship, didn't complete paid for work, put a lien on my brothers home, fraudulent contractor, rips customers off, doesn't do what he says he will. Edmonton Alberta Canada

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This contractor overcharges for shoddy workmanship, doesn't do the work he says he's going to and wants to be paid up front for everything. Then when he can't squeeze the last bit of money out of you for the work he hasn't finished, he puts a lien on your house. Don't hire this rip off artist who uses the cheapest materials he can and then asks his sub-contractors to up their cost so he can double his prices. He also doesn't pay his sub contractors and rips them off too.

Sorry had to sneeze. I'm allergic to b*llsh*t. Lulz.
I can't speak for other trades but I can say with 100% certianty that Jay has always paid me, on time and in full. Over the past few years we've built a good working relationship and have become friends. This actions described in this report just seems well out of character for Jay. Either he has done a complete 180 on how he treats his customers or this just maybe one of those, "there is way more to the story" type situations.
