Joseph Paul Ottis hired our company to produce a children's TV pilot using false info. He failed to pay and we won AAA Arbitration against him in California Case No. 06C03967. He refuses to pay the court ordered judgement and currently is using that pilot on his website (of which we OWN all the copyrights). Please do your Due Diligence when dealing with him and contact us for any additional info. He also uses fake logos on his site and claims affiliations which are false.
In our case, he said he was affiliated with NASA and used their logo on his site (which was called Globiesworld.com at the time). NASA contacted us and said Ottis did not have any affiliation with them and he was illegally using their logo.

The claims posted by SRP have been in the works with Mr. Ottis' general counsel, his intellectual properties counsel and SRP's attorney. No conclusions has been reached.
The costumes pictured on the Internet in the SRP video are the sole property of the Globie company.
The Adventures of Globie" title was copyrighted by Mr. Ottis at least three years prior to SRP obtainging a copyright on it which is being investigated. The story for the video was partially contributed by Mr. Ottis as were all of the characters.
The library of Congress records verify that Mr. Ottis owned and still owns this name and all of the character images to all of the characters that appear in the video produced by SRP.
Mr. Ottis is still in a relationship with an educational branch of NASA.
There is obviously a bad relationship between these parties but, Mr. Ottis is out $43,000.00 plus significant incidental costs for the production and has ZERO to show for the money, and SRP is slamming him for using a ten second clip of footage ??
