I would like to respond to Jay's post.

1)Teleteria's sites ARE cookie-cutter.  They're produced from a template.  When I found another site "designed" by Teleteria, I was shocked that the site was exactly like the one I purchased, save for the colors and name.  Teleteria has one design, premade.

2)I never received a CD of my site.  Jay refused to transfer "my" domain name to me.  I paid for it, but it's not mine???

3)Jay consistently blames a website's failure to make money on the "owner's" failure to market it.  I marketed my site, added hundreds of links, bought advertising, set up reviews; but, I still failed to make money.  As for those reviews - they were mediocre at best.

4)Teleteria's failure to offer a money-back guarantee should send up a warning flare to anyone contemplating doing business with them.

5)I find it hard to believe that Teleteria has an "A" rating with the BBB.  I understand there are hundreds of complaints against this company.

I'm glad you've done well with your site.  I worked hard to get my site up and running.  I brought in an unbelievable amount of traffic in a short period.  I still made NO money.  Don't tell me I'm lazy when I've worked my a** off.

If anyone wants to set up a website, learn how to do it yourself, or hire a professional designer who will design a unique site for you.  Go beyond researching the industry; research the websites themselves. Make YOUR OWN UNIQUE SITE that offers something no one else, or very few, offers.

I purchased a website from Teleteria and am doing very well! I have been in the adult industry for almost 7 years. I think that anyone that thinks they can just buy into a billion dollar industry for 5 grand and make 10 times that in 90 days is not only stupid but even more lazy. If I paid 5 grand for an industry I was NOT familiar with, I would not do so with out first learning everything I had to learn. And if you did that, you would have learned right away that you have to WORK HARD to make money in the adult industry, just like everything else in the world! You can not seriously expect to get "rich" doing nothing. If that was the case why would everyone not have done it. This industry is a billion dollar industry yes, but it is one with people that stay up until the wee hours of the morning developing new ways to get traffic (which still is not guaranteed money), new ways to get people to sign up, new fresh content ideas, they stay ahead of the game at all times! So instead of blaming Jay Servidio for giving you a website that your laziness drove into the ground, look into the mirror and there lies the problem. Jay's websites may be a little "cookie cutter" but they are more than good enough to make plenty of money if you just.....work! Get up off the couch that your wife clearly paid for, and research, learn, try and most of all .... yes you guessed it....work!!!

The best thing to do about Teleteria and Jay is to Email Googe Adwords. He is advertising his website at WebDesignAdult.com

Jay must be exposed. Tell Google to stop his adwords campaign so that he cannot scam anymore people. Tell them about his scams. Include as many details about his scams.

I do not know where you are in your case with this con but if you are still dealing with this company to get your money back I may be of help to you.Depending on how long you had to deal with this company and how long you had your site up you may have legal issues that you were unaware of that may help you. Where to begin! First you always mention you won't post on complaints about your worthless company, but you always seem to do so, only in hopes that someone will read your comments and believe the garbage spewing from your pie hole.

Joe did not fail at all. He fell prey to a company that has been ripping off people for a long time. I find it strange that all the complaints have the same undertone of how you screwed them.

Your sites are flash inducing vomiting crap. All the sites redirect to your site so you can make money. This has been proven many times on several adult chat boards and you have never come to claim your fame and prove them wrong.

Your clients never own anything except a useless template, you own the domain name, you lease the worse content anyone has ever seen and you do not deliver product on a CD. I have spoken to several people that never received any product or Cd after they were ripped off by you and you're so called worthless company.

You also use unauthorized testimonials on your site. I have met and spoke to the individual who wrote them for you and they are on the HD I have in my possession.

Joe requested our brochure on March 3 2006.
I called him and he told me that he oringinally spoke to me in 2001 but was now ready to get started.

He bought a site and put down his deposit using his wifes Camille Parisi credit card.

I have all the signed contracts and emails.
My company does not fraudulently or illegally charge anyones cardit card. If we did we would not have the priviledge of having a merchant account to take credit cards. Anyone in business would know that.

I explained to Joe that it would take at least 90 days to start seeing daily money off the site.
Joe never spent a minute of time marketing his site.

Joe liked the work we did so much that he BOUGHT A SECOND SITE.

He then read negative posts and we spoke about it in the phone.

Since Joe lives nearby I invited him to my house for coffee and introduced him to my family.
Big mistake.

Our clients own the site and when they pay their balance they get a copy of their site on cd, all they have to do is request it.

Joe tried to chargeback his card but failed when the credit card company read his emails and saw the signed contract.

There are several agencies listed here in the compalints about this crook. Be sure to file your complaints.

Teleteria and it's band of merry men also offer billing they don't even have.

CCILL closed all billing to Jay Servidio/Teleteria due to fact that Teleteria's sites are a rip-off loaded with very poor quality cut and paste images which led to pissed off customers who created and enormous amount of chargebacks.

Now the Internets biggest scam/rip-off conman Jay Servidio/Teleteria is only left with IBILL. IBILL has been ripping off webmasters for years just like Teleteria/Jay Servidio. It looks like any person with a garbage rip-off site from Jay Servidio/Teleteria will not be able to process their chargebacks; go figure, two of the biggest rip-off's on the internet going down together.

We have lists of Teleteria/Jay Servidios other sites which prey on innocent persons, stripping them of their hard earned money. We will be monitoring Jay Servidio/Teleteria, his worthless scamming sites and his accomplice(Carol Servidio) to put them in jail where they all belong.

We have also increased our staff to begin contacting all web sites where Servidio advertises his worthless products like "MOTHERS WORK FROM HOME FOR LIFE" scams or anything to do with the purchase OF ANY PRODUCT from Jay Servidio/Teleteria. We intend to make them and everyone aware of his unethical business practises and his total commitment to stealing your money while he hides behind his accomplice's skirt (Carol Servidio).


We met allot of billing companies at the Phoenix Forum this past week and there is not one company that we spoke to that will handle any billing with Teleteria. I looks like the word has spread so much that it has become as common knowledge as a household toilet.

Now may be a good time for con man Jay Servidio/Teleteria to receive consulting from his so called wife whom claims to be a Nut Doctor. It looks like the gig is up; but we are far from finished with Jay Servidio and his accomplice (Carol Servidio).
