This report is to WARN any model who decides to book a shoot with Mr. I Dont Shoot For Free a.k.a JayFKImages!!! I have been shooting with this "urban photographer" for a little over two years. Every time I booked a shoot with him for my personal model portfolio he would charge me $250 per shoot. He does not have his own studio and with this being known I would also have to pay EXTRA for the location in which I decided to shoot at. He doesn't drive so I would sometimes even pick him up and drive to the shoot location. He never sent my pictures in a mannerly time but I eventually got them sometimes a MONTH later, he also doesn't have a laptop to provide the model with her raw images right after his/her shoot so basically you NEVER get your raw images from him.   I recently had a conversation and an understanding/agreement with Jay in regards to using his services for a PAID creative/editorial shoot. The day of the shoot he was UNPREPARED for an outside shoot and only brought his camera. I asked him about the lighting equipment etc. and he said "he didn't need them because it was still light outside." Later on that week he emailed the pictures with a message stating "heres the pics." So i looked through them and was DISGUSTED and felt jipped for my money. None of the pictures were edited, the lighting was horrible, every shadow was present and visible in the shot and I told him i was not satisfied at all in my reply to his email.   After the email I sent to him discussing my concerns with the pictures I never heard from Jay again. He changed his phone number, blocked me on all social media networks and would NOT return any of my emails! I decided to google his name and business name and to my surprise he was using MY personal model pics to promote his business without my acknowledgement. He submitted NUMEROUS pictures of ME to websites such as blackmensdigital.com and a couple of others without me knowing! Also He basically will manipulate you into thinking you will get featured in his partners magazine STUNNAZ MAGAZINE and take your money and you'll never be featured! He even edited pics that I took from a shoot with him and kept them for himself/personal use without sending the images to me. He is a SNAKE and i should've known from the numerous times he has changed his number within the past year! He's always ranting and B***HING on twitter/Facebook/instagram about how broke these NEW YORK models are but yet he doesn't even own a laptop for his work! I would NEVER EVER recommend anyone to shoot with him especially if it involves projects such as editorial shoots! Spend your money on a PROFESSIONAL not a photographer who can only shoot a girl half naked.
