These people are major control freaks.
I have lived next to them for over 4 years now and they have harassed me from the first year I moved in.
These people own and operate Jaymark Sign out of their home in South Hill Puyallup.
They have called the county on me for painting a car, to which the county came and did an inspection to find that I was not in violation.
I did all I could to not disturb the Lairds by painting late at night or very early in the morning. That did not satisfy the Lairds so they continued to call the agencies several times. Each time I was not found in violation.
The Lairds then called other agencies to continue to harass me.
I had approached Mr. Laird in his driveway and stated that I think we have a problem and I would like to know what it takes to work this out. All I got was the biggest load of bullsh*t which included him pointing the finger at all the other neighbors including his good friends at the end of the driveway.
I obtained copies of the reports from the county which proved it was the Lairds that made the complaints.
Mr Laird is also on record with the court that he has snuck around in the bushes and taken pictures of me.
Mr. Laird has also threatened me verbally.
This action caused me to file an anti-harassment suite against him which was denied at that time. The judge recognized the harassment but stated that he felt there was not enough history at that time to grant it.
Mr. Laird then filed one against me which was dismissed due to the fact that there was clearly no harassment by be against the Lairds.
Mr Laird is also on record that he has lied and tried to manipulate my lawyer in what a judge has told him during a court proceeding between him and me. My lawyer was present in court at the time.
I have since made an agreement with P.S.C.C.A. in discontinuing my hobby at painting cars and have received no reprimand.
The Lairds have called the County Agencies to complain about vehicles parked on my property.
Again the county came out to inspect and found no cause of violations.
The Laird's have stolen No Trespassing signs off of my property that where attached to my fence.
I have since replaced them and the Lairds have continued to harass me about such signs in court to which the judge told them that it would be a matter for a Supreme Court.
The judge also told them that since the signs are on my fence on my property he doubted the court would do anything about it yet he would be more than welcome to try.
The Lairds have also caused destruction to my property.
The Lairds, knowing full well that they where on my property decided to use their small tractor to build a mound of dirt as a property division.
Then they hired a surveyor which clearly showed proof that they where on my property.
The Lairds then used their small tractor to remove dirt from my property tearing up my land.
Mr. Laird is now trying to use the Animal Service Agency to harass me.
He has made several false statements to the Animal Services as well as to court judges that my dog is a wolf hybrid and is dangerous and aggressive.
Mrs. Laird has lied and made statements that my dog has chased their grandchildren up their driveway.
This is after they have been shown proof that my dog is neither a wolf hybrid, dangerous, nor does she chase people due to the fact that it is documented she is scared of people that she does not know and will run away from them. She is a submissive urinater.
Mrs. Laird has in fact waved tools at my dog in an aggressive manner, such as a garden rake, for a false claim that my dog was aggressive toward her.
They have been recently trying to manipulate my room mate for some unknown reason as they have my ex-girl friend to try to turn them against me.
I have tried to promote and support their sign company in the past. I have helped them retain a contract with Boeing. I have since retracted their contract with Boeing for obvious reasons.
I have also maintained a small portion of their property that adjoins to mine at my expense as well as maintained the driveway at my expense for the last 4 years.
My driveway happens to be an easement for the Lairds to get to their property.
The Lairds stop at nothing to continue to harass me for no apparent reasons other than they are bullies and control freaks.
I have asked them several times to just leave me alone. They refuse to do so to this day.
I would highly suggest people use another sign company for their needs.
