Jayme Agent 705 Manager Justin #103 charged my credit card for about $150.00 for a free trial basis New York Internet

Saw ad on FB media about Hollywood Stars (like Melissa McCarthy) loosing all that weight..I needed to lose a few pounds so I requested a free trial bottle of a 30 day supply just pay $4.95 S&H..they requested (via internet) that I ad a bottle of Colon Clense, 30 day supply for only $14.95. I added it. I tried both products and was not getting any results so I stopped using them. In reviewing my checking account activity, I noticed two deductions. One was for $69.93, for the Colon Clense product. Another deduction was for $79.95, for the weigth loss product Garcinia Cambogia.

I called them this morning ans spoke with Jayme Agent 705 and asked why there was the dections on my account. She said that I did not respond with in 14 days for the trial basis so they charged me for both products. I explained to her that I did not agree to any 14 day trial basis. She said that it was on the last page of the advertisement. I told her there was no last page in the add I was looking at and where I had ordered from. She disagreedm and said they do not refund any money and the best she can do is wave my monthly subscription and cancel my monthly order.

I told her I never singed up for any such subscrition. She disagreed. I requested to speak to a manager and was allowed to speak with Justin #103. He was on the same page as Jayme and said no refunds but would gladly send me a free month supply. I told him his product did not work for me and the I was not satisfied. He kept repeating the same dialouge as the 14 day free trial basis and the rest of the no refund policy.

So yes, I feel I was scammed and ripped off by this company. They refused to give my any address where I could contact them.
