EDITOR’S COMMENT(2/2/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

(((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))) and the management of (((REDACTED))) are attacking us with bogus lawsuits. I have been under attack from a group of people in Toronto Canada who have a bogus lawsuit against my company claiming that it would was extorting them. This group, composed by (((REDACTED))) , his partners , (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))), and his attorney have been harassing us with threatening calls and emails and people serving us at our home, for over 18 months.

It all started when they sued my husband in a court of law in Toronto Canada  for a series of crimes including identity theft, harassment, and extortion. Nobody in my family has ever been involved in a legal matter, and we had never heard of this group of people before we received the notice of service. We were very scared because it wasn't only limited to paperwork, they were threatening to harm our whole family if we didn't "leave them alone". We have not been doing anything to them and we told them that we didn't know what they were talking about and they just screamed and threatened us. We contacted the attorney and we still receiving calls and threats and paperwork that is tearing our family apart.

We were forced to ask for legal advice which has cost us lots of money. We are still in the shadows with all of this as we don't exactly know what these people want from us. I ask one more time for YOU GUYS to leave US alone.
