Property manager called Jays' Sky Plumbing to change wax ring under toilet because of minimal leakage starting to appear.

[ Wallidou Camara] the plumber came and left after confirming my suspicion that wax ring indeed needed replacement. He also recommended changing entire toilet, which was a ridiculous recommendation.
He Left apartment, and 3 man crew came back to change wax ring.

After they left, I became aware of water leaking from the tank, and seepage still at toilet base. I became suspicious, and going through my wastebaskets, and out in trash can where they disposed of 'evidence'- there was no old wax ring anywhere.

They obviously cracked the tank because they failed to support it when they picked it up too toss in a wax ring.
I called my 'property manager, who said they would return after another job.

After 4 hours ( and about 2 pints leaked from tank into buckets), Mr Camara returned with a chip on his shoulder. I explained the situation, and at the same time suggested they didn't remove old wax ring and toilet therefore wasn't seated properly, which he denied angrily. He then unbolted toilet, and told me the old decrepit wax ring around flange was a new one as he swung the toilet while holding the tank which only stresses the point where it is connected which explained why it was now cracked. He intentionally had the bottom pointed away over my bath tub.

I told him where I thought the new one was, and sure enough it was stuck to the base of the toilet and it was upside down....
