Jaywan Inc. Jaywan Inc. Jason Dwight Zeglis Jaywan Inc. scammed me out of 149$ plus more Florida

I bought a Spotify and soundcloud package promotion from this guy who claims he is an A&R of universal Music group also claims he works for many other places like AT&T. He got me by saying he can promote me and get me some fans,views and plays. These fans are not real they are computer bots and also the views and plays that you get are fake as well he is all over the internet for being exposed already and he was even exposed on this site. I tried to get my money back through PayPal he gets mad and starts getting defensive calling me a scammer saying I tried to do a "chargeback scam” when I never filed a chargeback all I did was Dispute the payment through PayPal I told PayPal the item I paid for wasn’t as described he then begins to send me emails threatening me saying he’s going to destroy my image.

He begins doing that by cyber bullying me on internet going on my instagram making fake negative comments like 100+ comments calling me scammer ,d**e and all of types of things he even went and put the same comments on my SoundCloud then he goes and tries to copyright all my music on soundcloud, Spotify and YouTube and now I’m filing a counter notification with YouTube and Spotify fighting to get my music back up and if he continues he will be taken to court. After he was notified that I filed a counter notification he then gets mad and starts sending me text messages saying he’s at my apt and all types of weird stuff the guy was never at my apt he was just harassing me and stalking me watch out this guy is a psychopath and needs help. He’s stupid for trying to steal someone’s music that has proof and I copyright all my work so he will lose regardless . Now he created an article on here claiming I spent 5000$ on sex toys the article is unbelievable by the way and he put my picture on it as well I’m letting everyone know that it’s a fake article and he is a professional scammer
