Beware of James (Jazz) W. Dexter is nothing but a crook, he commits fraud, blackmails you in order to extort money from you.

Director of Operations for a Real Estate Investment Group known as UWIN (Unlimited Wealth Investors Network).  This group lures victims in with Real Estate Education courses by the name of Renatus Education.  Renatus Education was formerly known as Nouveau Riche which Ripped students off to the tune of $20k per student.

Jazz Dexter calls himself a "Real Estate" investor.  What he actually is is a Crook. He is constantly hitting on people that he thinks has any kind of money to invest in his project, he paints a pretty deal, making his deal irresistable to the money lender or real estate investor, once he hooks you in to loaning money on his project, he starts defaulting on his promises, sticking that person with all the costs, then he files fraudulent Mechanic's Liens against the property giving the lender no choice but to give me money or possibly lose the property.  He also files fraudulent Dept. of Labor Claims for time worked on the project that isn't true.

He will cost you tens of thousands if you get involved with him or his partners as follows:

James Leis of UWIN, Founders Advisory Board Member in Renatus LLC, and Edward Cathcart with American Dreamworks Realty.  They work in unison with each other, scamming people of of tens of thousands of dollars through intimidation, threats, blackmail.

They lure you in with the Renatus Education, then prey upon you with their irresistable deals, promise you the world and then lower the scam on you.  Leaving you no choice to either lose the money to them or go spend thousands on attorney's fees. But it doesn't stop there, it will cost you thousands in compiling the information in order to fight them and they know it.  Not to mention the emotion damage it causes you which is immeasurable.

Jazz Dexter responds...

I want to thank Ms. Charlotte Kyle for bringing home to me a major lesson in real estate investing, namely: to have every detail of any agreement spelled out in writing, vetted by an attorney, signed by all parties BEFORE going forward.  This sound business practice is taught early and often in Renatus, the online college of which I’m an affiliate.  I was, quite frankly, a numbskull for neglecting to abide by it.  It has proved to be an expensive lesson, in time, energy and lost opportunities!

Ms. Kyle-- a “licensed General Contractor”-- and I formed a partnership to “fix and flip” a home and split the profit. Time was short to make the purchase happen, so we moved forward--without taking the time to complete a written partnership agreement--just on a handshake, a verbal agreement.

The property cost $93,500, Ms. Kyle’s estimate of the repairs was $24,500, and the property sold for $175,000.  If you do the math, that leaves $57,000 to cover the cost of money, repair cost overruns, selling fees and profit. Yet Ms. Kyle claims that there was NO profit!! Even if you allow a huge 20% cost overrun ($5,000), 8% selling costs ($14,000), and $15,000 for very high carrying/money costs, there's still at least $23,000 left over. Sorry, but who’s scamming whom?

Now, I realize that Ms. Kyle doesn’t like me.  She’s made that abundantly clear.  But to accuse me of fraud, blackmail and extortion, to call me a crook?  Where was she defrauded, blackmailed, or extorted, when she never paid me any money whatsoever?

The only money I asked for was my fair share according to our 'verbal agreement'.  That's the problem with verbal agreements, they're hard to clarify and enforce, especially through a smoke screen of false accusations.

If you’re reading this, it’s probably because you want to avoid making a mistake about a decision to do business with my associates or me.  I totally get that!  Do check us out. Do your ‘Due Diligence’.  At some point, you’ll have to decide who’s being rational and who’s not. Whom do you choose to believe? If you choose to believe Ms. Kyle with her libelous (i.e., false and unfounded) allegations, you’ll allow her to bully you away from information that might dramatically improve your life. Don't let her do that to you! At least, get all the information and then decide.

I’m not asking you to believe me.  Don’t take my word for anything.  Simply check out the info from others in our national Renatus team of over 3,000 members.  Then decide what you want to do.  Since I’m looking for interested, committed go-getters on my team, I don’t try to influence your decision, I leave it up to you to tell me that you’re in. Or out. Either way works for me. If you’re in, you’ll have me for a mentor, and I’ll work hard to help you avoid mistakes like I experienced working with Ms. Kyle.

Whatever you decide, take the lessons I’ve learned here to heart, and be very careful to make sure all your agreements are in writing.  Because you may not win your case otherwise, regardless of being in the right.

Dexter lost his fraudulent case.

POSTED: Monday, June 30, 2014

Dexter teaches Renatus Real Estate Education classes in Sacramento, CA.  He lost his legal fraudulent case once, he is going to lose again in round 2.

So, protect yourself, don't make the mistake I did of listening to him.  James Leis and Edward Cathcart stood up under oath and lied in his behalf and he still lost based on no credible evidence.

I'm happy to share the truth about what he is still doing to scam me is very spooky, he is not in reality.

I am not the only one he has harmed.  Yes, I have that sworn evidence too.........!

For good hard evidence, call (916) 212-6003 for an appointment.
