in my dealing with this leasepurchase program, this company breach my contract, because I refuse to take a load that would have put me, in a hole to start a new week. the scam that this company is using that they
using the internet to get driver to come in to orientation, with alot of lies,theyhope to get driver who dont know how a lease purchase program suppose to,scam #1 they charge a maintance fee of.$.13 a mile for all dispath mile,and the tell you that this money is non-refund,this is a lie,the contract really says that the maint in this contract is non-refundable,so if u have been told this you need to take your contract to a lawyer, scam2 jb hunt has this contract for atbs bussiness this is a company work with jbhunt not the drivers. scam3 this is what they call the required escrow up to $3600,this is money the say they can hold for 45days i say again read your contact dont go by what your are told this is also a lie they are using the money to gain interest.,the said within 14days,the have to gety all money you are owed to them, anylater they are to to pay you interest.if you have had a problem with
this company, you can file a consumer complaint with arkansas atty,the web site for this company is www.arkansasag.gov,and if you dont get know help take it to the next step,ther are some good lawyer out there,when we speak up ,as driver we help the next driver.

the person who breach my contract at jbhunt was rick manager of lease purchase this was done when my dispather was out.my time was 3/23 to 5/11/09 ,i sign a 36months lease ,was terminated cause i refuse load on the 57% program,.i have prove to everyting i have said,anyone that sign a lease i louisville ,ky jbhunt orientation i have on tape the complete orientation, please read your contact carefully,be careful, i dont speak for all i can only speak a warn from my view point,if you sign a contract on a2006 think about how many time they will take to lease that truck before they will finally sell it,that is a company run a leasepurchase orientation every week,with a lease 25driver in three states,
