JB Metro Appliances Dishonest and horrible service! Lie after lie and scams you! Flower Mound Texas

Artie Chavarria came out to our home. He is the owner of JB Metro Appliances in Flower Mound, Texas.  He came out and told us we need a panel cover and it was a timing switch. Told me that is why the washer was not working. He told us it would cost $150.00 and he would be at our house for sure on Monday to fix it, as he had to get the part Monday Morning. Monday came and about 4pm I called him.  He said he had tried to call me twice and he had no cell reception. He was in Allen, Texas when he tried to call. We get calls from Allen, Texas all the time. He was clearly lying.  The next day, he changed the stroy to a sick child, thats why he could not make it. I took the day off from work for this lying scam artist.  Make up your mind and keep your lies straight. Was it a sick child or the phone reception? Allen has cell phone towers everywhere. Why did he not keep tring? He was not in Allen all day. He just stood me up and lied about it.  He offered a 15% discount on the repair, but......He needed 190.00 now to fix it, and that 190.00 included the 15% discount! This man is dishonest. He can't keep the lies straight and the price will change. The washer is still broken. He did not even diagnose it correctly. If you want to get screwed call Artie Chavarria and JB Metro Appliances to come to your house. I would avoid him and any business dealings with him. It is a shame in this day and age that people still lie and try to scam you. Artie and JB Appliances are as  dishonest as they come. Avoid!!!!
