I stop-by at JB Robinson to browse or shop for engagement ring. Sale lady pregnant approach me and start talking to me then start showing me a groups of various ring then Sale lady pregnant lady start talking how bad and nasty her store manager & co-worker.
Then sale lady start telling me that when I decide to buy a ring make sure to ask her name as her co-workers often steak her sale and she need the commission. Then she start pushing me into signing a store credit application then she proceeded in telling me that if I purchase the ring I wanted she will give me a un-used merry coupon so I can get a discount this merry coupon belong to someone else from other customer. Then she start saying her store manager often steal her sale so make sure to call before I come to the store. I felt so un-comfortable that she continues to bad mouth her store manager and co-worker and I felt as a customer this is a wrong store to buy a ring. Then my fiancee came and he purchase the ring and promise us the ring is vvs after a week we decided to have another opinion about the color and clarity of the ring from other company appraisal it is not even vvs nor vs it was S2. I was dissapointed I was misleaded into believing it is vvs. I was rif-off. For future customer please make sure you do your research first and shop around. This JB Robinson Sale lady pregnant representing the JB Robinson in a lower standard please beware. Customer service very poor!
