A salesperson from JBL Greenland Inc camento our door to sell a Kirby vacuum. He approached us with very misleading information. They will try anything to get in your home. Do not let them in!
The salesperson will put on a demo (which will take hours and exhaust you!). The salesperson was very unprofessional. Swearing and making inappropriate jokes in front of our young children. it was very uncomfortable.
After we were very highly pressured into purchasing something way overpriced and unnecessary, the salesperson asked for a cash payment covering the taxes (rounded off to $240!). I was against this purchase, my spouse gave the salesperson the money. Luckily we didn't give him our Dyson (which he tried to take with him). Absolutely disgusted with this type of person! A vacuum isn't worth over $3,000! Salesperson told us we're getting a great deal of $2,500! What a crook!
We are returning the vacuum and asking for all of the money back. Will post further details.
BTW...You can purchase this vacuum for a few hundred dollars online on several different sites.
