JC Penney Salon Cedar Hill,TX Burned my mother's scalp Cedar Hill Texas

My elderly mother needed her hair dyed. She is a stroke and cancer survivor. Melanie was the one who applied the hair products.

The color solution was left on too long. She left my mother under the hair drier too long and the solution hadn't been rinsed adequately. My mother's entire scalp and one ear was burned.

We didn't know how severe the burn was until after my mother went to another salon. The color applied at the JC Penney salon didn't take, so that is why she went to a different salon. Once at a different salon ,not owned by JC Penney,  the employee notified my sister and mother about how concerned she was over the severity of the burn on my mother's scalp. My mother is having to take medication for the burn that occurred at the  JC Penney hair salon in Cedar Hill,TX.
