Jcn and associates Phone scam collected money for debt that was already paid Michigan

A man called claiming to be an FBI agent . He said that I owed for a payday loan . He said if I didn't pay ,a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I had previously paid this debt off. I was scared and gave a payment over the phone with my bank information . I asked him to email me information . The email didn't give information as to which company I owed .I was just a form to take money out of my account .I didn't sign it and blocked the number . I also stopped my bank card and had another one issued to stop future payments. This man called back on a restricted line. He scammed me out of 250 dollars and said I owe 1000. I read that it is illegal for collection agencies to claim that a warrant can be issued . He misrepresented himself as an officer of the law and said I would be arrested and charged with a felony. Please help me get my money back . I have been scammed.
