they did a hard check on my credit without my permission, then they stole 35.94 from me on a 2 dollar bill I didnt even know I owed.

These people are slick. they messed up my credit and refused to fix it. they stole from me and no one needs this card ever. They will do a hard check.

JCPenney JCPenney and GE Money Bank Cancel my account, then send a letter saying that i owe an enourmous amount of money when i didnt use the card in a year. Started paying and couldn't speak to anyone about my balance or whether owe anything at all. Every customer service agent keeps transfering me to another (6 different agent in one call).
