All I have to say is they did it again.this is not the first car I got from them but the second,The first car I got from them was a lemon ,and I gave it back after I paid a car note and the car broke down on me on the expressway,they told me to pay another car note and they will fix it,I TOLD THEM TO KEEP IT!

A few years later I checked my credit and it is not on there as a voluntary repo but ,It states I was always late on payments,I did not learn then I went back to them and got another car from them in 01/2008,of course it is a lemon,my back was against the wall and they were the only ones that would finance me with my credit history ,they also knew I had a repo from them but stated I would be fine as long as I paid my car note on time ,(THEY SAID THEY WILL MAKE SURE I GET A GOOD CAR THIS TIME!),

ItIS NOW 4/04/2008 And since then the car has been in the shop 5 times ,they even put a tire on the car that blew up within 5 minutes of me leaving the shop on th expressway with my friend , my three children and I In the car,And when my fiance called to inquire about why they would put a bad tire on the car they stated that they offered me a new tire I declined,but yet I paid a tow truck 65.00 to put a doughnut on the car,I since have filed bankruptcy .

my car was in there shop when they found out,they decided then that they would repo the car,that is also illegal ,because I am protected by the bankruptcy court,And when my lawyers office called they told them that I gave the car back as a voluntary repo,which is also a lie.They decided that they will back out of the contract which is also illegal.I went to car credit america to retrieve my things out of the car,and my personal belongings were missing ,including the contract that I signed,cds cologne and etc...
