JD ByRider ripoff, junk cars, intimadating San Antonio Texas

I went to JD ByRider due to the fact that they were the only car lot that would let me get a car due to my length of time in town, I had recently moved to San Antonio. They spent three to four hours going over paper work with me, just to tell me to bring my husband in before they would even let me look at a car. When he got the we did paper work for another 2 to 3 hours then they told me that I had a choice of three cars. We picked one and paid 12000 for a down payment.

That was all fine but the car used 4 quarts of oil just to go from San Antonio to Fort Worth. After four trips to the shop, they decided to put us in another car for an even swap. We still paid the same amount and we went from a 2001 Prism to a 1998 Prism. The first one had all the extras such as power windows and locks, cruse. the second one had nothing and we were paying the same amount for an older car with nothing and the door handles on the inside were broke, had to do a tune up 2 weeks after we got it.

In the end they ended up repoing the car and then would never let us know where it was so we could get our belongings out of it. And it is not reported to the Credit Bureo as being repoed.
