J.D. Byrider ripoff Grand Forks North Dakota

We puchased a vehicle from a local Byrider lot. After a year we purchased another one from them. Well 2 years later, BOOM YOW a nasty ex comes out of the wood work (my husbands) and we were forced to cut back on our payments from 2 every 2 weeks, to 1 on each vehicle per month. Hindsight what fools were. After speaking with the manager, all this was worked out and approved. He stated 2 years ago we would receive something in the mail acknowledging this. Well, over the course of the 2 years I have yet to receive anything stating this agreement was ok'D I encountered a total lack of communication amongst the employees. To make a long story short for a whole year of consistenly in person making these payments, all payments were applied to the interest and not the principle. the last 2 months I had gone in to make a payment on a Ford truck, the secretary tells me "Did you know that your next payment isn't due until December"? I apparently was ahead one, according to her. Yesterday I had gone in to make a payment and I asked her, "Did you not tell me I am a month ahead"? Well she says let me call one of the boys. I am puzzled now, Boys? Do you not know how to look on your computer and tell me. Anyways this guy named B**** comes around the corner and starts going into this spiel about how we had not been making the payments we were scheduled to, "Excuse me, but we got the OK from your manager"! He wants to know if I could pay more. Now don't you think I would if I could? Well, he tells me not to miss my payment while I am walking out the door. Duh, if you have looked at our payment history you would see I am always in your office every 2 weeks before the payment is due. Geez, does anyone know of any class action lawsuits currently going on or ay consumer protection laws for us the Consumer? Yes, we know of their arbitration agreement. I personally know of a girl here that gave them back their vehicle telling them to stick and went and purched another one from another dealer with half the interest rate.
