J.D. BYRIDER Kept my money and there car Pinellas Park Florida

I purchased a 2002 suv on 4/27/2009 with a 500.00 down payment. I had to pay 2 deferred payments of 300.00 each in 4 weeks. JD Byrider now has 1100.00. My first contract payment was due on June 7th. I said I need to pay on June 12th. I had to go to the office to disguss this problem of not paying on time. The out come is they kept my money, they kept the suv and said, since I can't make my payments on time I know longer have the vehicle. The cnac said empty your belongings from the suv. There I was with my daughter standing in there parking lot in disbelief. When I got home I called the attorney general and he told me to call DMV. DMV said they have the right to do this. Whats my rights????? I want people to know about this shadey company so they don't make the same mistake.
